Team structure: The 20-member company is spread across the US and India. The Sales
Research Associate role will report to the growth team. Currently, the growth team is
responsible for both new revenue and awareness.

About role and responsibilities:


 Pre-sales Preparation: Helping the sales team prepare the visual demonstrator for
the first demo call with the prospects.
 Prospect Research: Use Vieu app and graph to conduct comprehensive research to
identify potential customers using Vieu’s ICP.
 Company Profiling: Use Vieu app and graph to gather and analyze information
about prospective customers, including their size, revenue, organizational structure,
funding, team size, and current business challenges. Utilize various online resources
and tools to compile detailed insights for the Sales team to leverage.
 Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Vieu’s sales team to provide
them with actionable insights and support their outreach efforts and ongoing deals.
Participate in internal sales team meetings to share findings and contribute to strategy
discussions.

Must-haves:
1. English writing and communication skills.
2. 0-2 years of experience in a sales/market/business research role.
3. Comfortable executing projects end to end as this is an IC (individual contributor)
role.
4. Comfortable working with limited guidelines and intervention.
5. Ability to bring new ideas to the table.
6. Though the role will start as WFH/remote we intend to start a hybrid work
arrangement in Pune, India.
7. Used MS Excel/Google Sheets and PPT/Slides in the past.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Pune, India.

Hiring Manager: Ashwin Sande. (works out of Pune, India)

CTC for BBA: INR 5,00,000.


CTC for MBA: INR 6,50,000.

Hiring process (takes a couple of weeks of intense process):


1. Share 5 things with the hiring manager (a.) resume with phone no., (b.) links to past
work (research), (c.) current CTC, (d.) details on notice period, and (e.) anything else
that is pertinent to the role or hiring.
2. Screening call with the hiring manager to discuss the role, expectations from both
sides, CTC, and notice period.
3. Series of interviews with Shubh, Ashwin and Samir
4. IFD (In field Deployment) i.e., a 2-3 day project and discussion.
5. Offer discussion
6. Offer rollout
