THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME

VICTORIA MILLICENT JOHNSON of 22 Richman Road Ripon in the the County of Yorkshire

which I make this day of

1 I HERBY REVOKE all former wills and testimony dipositions heretofore made by me and

DECLARE this to be any my last Will--------------------------------------------------------------

2 I APPOINT my husband Edward George Johnson of 22 Richman Road Ripon aforesaid and

JOHN BROWN of 27 Liverpool Cresent in the City of York to be the Executors of this my

Will----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUETH all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever

Subject to the payment thereout of mu just debts funeral and testamentary expenses unto my

husband the said Edward George Johnson absolutely------------------------------------------------

4 I DIRECT that my body shall be cremated and that the ashes be scattered wheresoever my

husband shall direct IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand------------------------
