A. Insulation:

A.1-Insulation panels (ceiling):

Celing panels are manufactured in a double-

band laminator, insuring precise control of the
manufacturing process. Excellent bonding
between the fire rated PIR and the twin steel
skins of the panels are guarantee during this
process. The use of high-density foam 40 Kg/m3,
ensures excellent structural characteristics
within the panel, combining dimensional
stability and thermal performance.
In addition to the ribbed and flat surface panel
finish we also offer our micro rib solution.
The panels can be erected on a vertical or horizontal plain. Wall panels are excellent for the construction
of interior and exterior walls in factories where temperature and humidity control are important.
Due to the mechanical characteristics combined with trapezium profiles, roof panels offer excellent
spanning capabilities and good climatic performance in all weather conditions.
When the foam is completely cured, the edges of the panel are milled, this ensuring precise inter-locking
of the panels and dimensional accuracy. The double tongue and groove edge design eliminates the risk
of thermal bridging and provides an air tight joint between panels after construction.

The sandwich panels are ideal for:

Accessories:

The room will be installed using PVC hygienic profiles that the rooms will meet hygienic
requirements for the food industry.
- Walls to wall/ wall to ceiling: all horizontal and vertical internal corners between panels are covered
with special curved PVC profiles.
- Walls to floor joints are covered with PVC plinths that are fixed with hidden screws.

A.3- Floor insulation:

Floor of the room is insulated with high density rigid expanded polystyrene (24 kg/m³)
Insulation procedure:

- Two (2) layers bitumen vapor barrier or existing floor

slab
- High density Polystyrene
- Polyethylene sheets 200 micron.
- Floor slab with proper finishing (supplied by others)

The room is insulated according the following schedule:

B. Doors:

The chiller room is equipped with manual doors.

The door is equipped with door leaf of same material as
panels and COLDTECH (Italy) accessories, and safety
lock to avoid personnel from being trapped inside
