Eligibility
For the Asia Kakehashi program, AFS is
accep5ng applica5ons from students in 20 Asian
countries and regions.

Applicants interested in the Asia Kakehashi

program must meet the following criteria:

Between 15 and 18 years of age

Highly mo5vated, high-achieving students

Learn some Japanese before the program

Able and willing to travel abroad

unaccompanied

Program dates are below, but applica4on dates
