Customer Journey

1. 9:30 sharp at office -


a. clean span first - sweep/ mop/ table clean/ windows cleaning
b. Loft - sweep/ mop/ bathroom/ cleaning tar coming out daily/
2. Check loft 5 times before the guests come to visit the loft
3. Get guests from outside if needed
4. Greeting the guests - Good morning/ Good afternoon/ Good evening
5. Give one water bottle to each guest when they come
6. Ask for tea or coffee (tea house) or hot water or green tea (1 glass hot water) -
‘would you like to have coffee or tea’ or marathi
7. Keep cookies in plate in front of them
8. Recheck loft again - if everything is okay
9. After they leave -
a. Clear the table - put cookies back in jar -
b. Clean everything (span/loft)
10. Evening before leaving
a. Span - table clean & desk clean
b. Loft - check everything
11. Check inventory
a. Water bottles (if 10 are left get new box)
b. Glasses - 6 (if broken inform Jagmeet Sir)
c. Cups - 6 (if broken inform Jagmeet Sir)
d. Tray - 1 (if broken inform Jagmeet Sir)
e. Plate - 2 (1 for cookies/ 1 for green tea packets) (if broken inform Jagmeet
Sir)
f. Coasters 10
g. Jar - 1 (if broken inform Jagmeet Sir)
h. Green tea packets - if few are left buy new packet
i. Cookies - refill when very few are left
