I hope this letter finds you well. This letter pertains to my conditional
sentence and the unjust warrant that was issued for my legal person. I want to
ensure that you have my side of the story. Before subjecting someone to such
difficulty, it is essential to hear both sides, as I will not willingly subject
myself to unjustified imprisonment. I hope you read completely this document and
give it the proper attetion it deserves because it involves my freedom and honours
those who fought in WWII that we live truly free that we can cause our secuity in
love and truth My research led me to realise anything that is global is also
deceptive that we can recieve what we need in truth rather then trusting in those
who seek authority over us using ignorance to cause ones own slavery.

THE COURTS . The reason for the creation of this

Upon my release from jail, I requested a new worker, as I reside only 15 minutes
from Cold Lake but an hour away from St. Paul. However, my request was denied by my
current worker. For a month and a half following my release, during which I was not
working, I encountered no problems or issues.I wish to open up a dialog and
resolution.

In Canada, if there is an accusation of a breach of a conditional sentence,

tipically, before filing a warrant or taking any further legal action, it is common
practice for the government or law enforcement authorities to inform the accused of
the accusation against them. This notification allows the accused to understand the
nature of the allegation and to respond accordingly. It also ensures that the
accused has an opportunity to address the accusation and present any relevant
information or evidence in their defense. the following can be proven with emails
witnesses and work documents.

-Was not informed of the breah aligation untill 3 weeks after the wareent was
issued
-There was no notice given befor the warrent was issued
-Every breach in regards to this conditional sentence was work-related.
-The conditions on this sentence are too restrictive to allow me to do my job,
as I cannot provide information when demands are made, setting me up
for failure to comply with the conditions. of the sentence
 -I am a truck driver, where my destination and schedule can change at any time.
I spent 3 weeks in jail for going to work.
-I have spent over $3,000 on lawyers who have done nothing for me and another
$10,000 in lost wages.
-I am making no progress in completing my sentence as the breaches reset time
served.
-When I got out of jail, the government worker said she would give me one-month
passes.
-I sent over four emails letting my worker know in advance when I would be
going to work and the general area I would be working in.
-There was an accusation of breach as soon as I went to work.
-I did not know I was in breach until I called my worker three weeks later.
--My worker put a warrant out for my arrest as soon as the accusation of a
breach was made, without informing me.
-Because of the continued costs and endless sentence, as this issue has been
stressing me for over four years and I was sentenced almost a year ago, still
having almost two years left on my sentence.

Because of the unending costs, the threat of jail constantly hanging over my
head, and the inability for the system to accommodate my work, it has left me with
no choice but to take myself out of commercial law.

I have been trying to cooperate with the courts, and it seems I keep paying and
paying for something in which a lawful act was made illegate by legislation of an
act or statute given the power of law by a society for a society in which we are
made members through aplication of a social security number If this is incoorrect
please help me to understand how I belong to a society if i never rembered
becoming a member of the society and why i am a inactive member? That which i was
fond guilty of was copying debt shares without asking to copy the debt shares
being a lawful act as there was no victims nor any potentual for any victims. I am
making it my life's work to free myself from bondage of being recognized as a legal
person granted rights and given obligations that we need to understand that a slave
can also be granted something it does not have, anything granted by another is a
privilage if a slave has any kind of right those rights are considered privilages
because they were granted.. A slave needs to ask the master if its ok to do
somehing lawful , a slave can be used as a security for a loan an is considered an
asset to those who own it, my question is how is a legal person any different from

because of these issues I have started studying the law so as to no longer be

taken advantage of by lawyers and government employees and am giving notice to a
claim of right.

If the law recognised a human being as a human being with inherent rights and
dignities it would say that within canadian law the legal terms very purposely
exact in it legal terms and definitions defined that it is made clear the meaning.

cause of discrimitory nature of the law society those who wish to regain their
inherent human rights and dignities are being denied service of a notary
public,This caused me to put in a civil claim that these conserns be recognised by
the government of canada the corporation of cannada the Crown and its intitutions
and societies. That I Kevin Brian Earl Hopf is recognised as a living human being
with inherent rights and dignities by the law.

That I have been a truth seeker for over 20 years and know that the Canadian space
agancy purpose is deception and propaganda and the redefining of english words
meaanings have been changed and the new legal meaning of these words could be
considered deceptive upon any who do not study the law.

I am not trying to find excuses to break acts, statutes, given the force of laaw
upon legal persons, nor am I attempting to get away with anything. This situation
has cost me over $15,000 in lawyers' fees, court costs, and lost wages, and it
seems to be an ongoing issue that is draining both my resources and time without
any reduction in time seerved . This government and this system have left me no
choice but to seek relief for this injustice. Now, it has become my mission to
obtain freeman status. If I had known then what I know now, this would never have
even made it to court. thisneeds to be resolved! and am requesting a responce with
resolution or a way to resolution .. If there is no responce I will be filing a
lawsuit that my conserns be addressed

How can anybody be properly defended when those who accuse, the lawyer and the
prosecutor, belong to the same society or club? If I were ever involved in a
criminal legal matter, the only legal help I would consider valid would be from
someone outside of the accuser's society. But within today's legal framework, there
is no body that currently offers this service. This leaves it up to me to defend
myself against a deceptive system of law and governance.

I am trying to that the Canadian law is error in the recognition of the human being

the living human being who is is recogniside in the common law system not the
common law branch as that brach exstends from the civil law system in canada . that
canadian law seeing anything that is granted rights is not me that i am a human
being in common law as a human being with inherent righta and dignities currently
the law recognizes me as an artificial entity (natural person) which is a human
being recognized by law as a legal person with granted rights and obligations that
directly contradict my human rights. the right granted to the legal fiction which
the law recognises as are considered privileges, the court's recognition of the
living human being being me is without dignity under legal law makes me certain
that a fair trial did not occur."
As I understand it, there are two systems of law in Canada: one is commercial, and
the other is common law. Not all humans are under commercial law, but all humans
are under common law. I believe those human beings who are under commercial law can
be considered as akin to slaves. A slave has no dignity and is given no honor. They
must obtain permission to perform lawful acts, and if they fail to fulfill their
obligations, they can be punished. Any rights a slave has were granted by their
master. A slave also holds monetary value and can be used as securities for loans.
All the things that a slave knows, so does a natural person, being a human being
recognized by law as a legal person. This means that commercial law recognizes
Kevin Hopf, the human being, as a legal fiction with granted rights and
obligations. And this very act of recognizing me as a legal person violates my
inherent rights and dignities. I believe we do, in fact, have a master class and a
slave class hidden under the illusion created to imprison the minds of man.

Rest assured, I will not give up on this goal I have set for myself because it is
set on a morally higher ground than those who might oppose me. I fear not, with
confidence. I believe there are some human beings that the law does not recognize
as natural persons. For example, the human being who is recognized as the king by
law cannot be recognized as a natural person. Similarly, when the law recognizes a
knight, an earl, or a lord, that recognition is a recognition of a human being with
inherent rights and dignities in title, being a human being, is given no honor,
with those titles. And the fact that only human beings with inherent rights and
dignities can hold titles, a legal fiction cannot be a knight or a lord.

Understanding is often tied to a person's intent or state of mind regarding a

legal matter. For example, in contract law, a party must understand the terms and
obligations of a contract to enter into it knowingly and willingly.
This I need to instist that how may anyone who does not practice law be aware that
the meanings of common words do not have the same meaning in law. understanding
that the law society promotes prejustice and misunderstanding agaist those who try
and seek freedom from government oppression are denied services in reguards to
these facts forcing me to bring civil claim agaist the corporation of canada and/or
the the government of canada the crown and its corporations and insitiutions so
that these documents get lawfully addressed and taken serously.

. I am writing this so to let whom this may concern of my understanding of the law
and my Intent to give notice to my claim of right. Having been apprised of
discrepancies where certain actions are deemed illegal within the confines of your
governmental system, yet lawful outside of it, I have encountered deprivation of
wages, property, freedom, and dignities while still ongoing despite maintaining
lawful conduct. It is on the basis of these circumstances that I withhold consent

acknowledge each human being as free and a Christian sister and brother under our

To be Acknowledged as something and to be that something is not the same as you

can be Acknowledged as something but be something else. I need to make this clear
I do not want to be acknowledged by law or the crown or justice system in reguards

recognition under that if it does not recognise the human rights of myself do not

human rights, such as the right to individual autonomy and the ownership of one's
labor, the legal system can be seen as violating these rights as one is compelled
to surrender a portion of their labor under the threat of imprisonment, which could
be construed as coercion and a violation of human rights principles

Having to request one's rights and being subject to the discretion of another party
to grant or withhold those rights differs significantly from the inherent knowledge
and expression of one's human rights and dignities. Dependency on the granting of
rights and duties as privileges exposes individuals to the risk of revocation, as
anything granted in such a manner may also be retracted.

"In legal context, a significant distinction arises between the act of soliciting
rights as privileges and being inherently endowed with rights and dignities,
acknowledged and safeguarded without the necessity of petition. However, it appears
that within the framework of Canadian legal system, this distinction is not
recognized."

When rights are considered privileges, they can be subject to change or revocation
by those who grant them. This can create a situation where individuals may feel
less empowered to assert their rights or express themselves freely, as they are
dependent on the goodwill of others to enjoy these privileges.

Inherent rights and dignities are viewed as natural entitlements that every
individual possesses simply by virtue of being human. These rights are not granted
by any authority but are instead recognized and protected by true law, natural law,
and/or Gods law. As such, individuals are empowered to assert these rights
independently, without fear of them being arbitrarily taken away.

In essence, recognizing rights and dignities as inherent rather than granted

privileges ensures that individuals have a stronger foundation for asserting and
defending their freedoms and liberties.

I have a few questions so that i can understand what i need to lawfully do next.

Is an act is the legislated rule of a society which is given the force of law?

Do Legal obligations extend beyond common law principles to encompass statutes,

regulations, and other legislative instruments? Does this underscore the broader
spectrum of legal duties that private individuals must uphold?

Does any act or stature to have the force of law requiree my consent?

Is a society people joined by in mutual consent to deliberate, determine and act

for a common goal?
Also
can Kevin Brian Earl Hopf belong to a the society in which HE NO LONGER consent to
belong too? Also never deliberated to determine and act for a goal. cAN ANYONE
FORCE ANOTHER HUMAN BWING TO BE BE A MEMBER OF A SOCIETY
IS Canada is a common law jurisdiction?

Is it paramont and manditory in Canada have equality before the law ?

According to the Canadian Bill of rights The Parliament of Canada, affirming that
the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of
God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a
society of free men and free institutions Does this mean that we can claim to be a
son or daughter of God where we are all eQuall under God?

The king is sovereign in Canada and thus is not bound by the acts and statues of

recognition by the law does the law recognise Kevin Brian Hopf the the living human

occure according to canadian law?

Whereas it is my understanding a statute and acts is defined as a legislated rule
