1.Rich Habits do you already have?
 Here’s the list my daily routine to improve my overall well-being include:

1. Practicing gratitude: I take few minutes each day to write down things i
thankful for.
2. Meditation: Sometimes, I practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques for
at least 10 minutes per day.
3. Physical activity: I corporate at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise into
my routine, such as walking, jogging, or swimming.
4. Healthy eating: I choose nutrient-dense foods and avoid processed and high-
sugar foods.
5. Reading: I dedicate time each day to reading a book or an article that I’m
interested.
2. What Rich Habits do you want to develop?
 I want to develop a good habit, because I know that developing a good habit is a
crucial for achieving success and reaching our goals in life. It requires discipline,
consistency, and perseverance.
3. How do you intend to develop such habits?
1. Set clear and specific goals: Identify what you want to achieve and create a
clear plan to reach your goals.
2. Prioritize self-care: Take care of your physical and mental health by getting
enough sleep, exercise, and eating nutritious food.
3. Practice daily routines: Establish a daily routine that includes activities that
support your goals, such as reading, writing, or practicing a skill.
4. Be accountable: Track your progress and hold yourself accountable for your
actions. Celebrate your successes and learn from your mistakes.
