nor consultants, also The Engineering Company for Testing and Balancing Services as a
company & Its partner has no conflict of interest generally with Al Futtaim.

1. Description of Contractors principal activities

Since 1998, TAB’s founders recognized that no firms in the Egyptian market provide
handover services for MEP projects! With about 25 years of experience in GCC market,
TAB’s founders decided to provide such services to the local market for the first time in a
professional and reliable way through a trusted certified company.
Services such as:
Testing, Adjusting and Balancing HVAC services.
Commissioning Management.
Clean Room Validation.
Electrical Tests.

Who we are?
By Looking at the Saudi market at the present time, The Engineering Company for
Testing and Balancing Services “TAB” found that there are good investment
opportunities made possible by the great expansion that the Saudi market is
witnessing in all fields under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his faithful crown prince, Prince Muhammad
bin Salman. Therefore, The Engineering Company for Testing and Balancing
Services “TAB” decided to establish a partnership between it and one of the Saudi
companies, the aim of which is to work in the Saudi market and transfer expertise.

TAB has started working in the Saudi market since 2019 until now, in cooperation
with one of Saudi partner to implement many projects. Now in 2023, TAB has agreed
with a new Saudi partner, represented by the Creative Design for Contracting -
C D C (CR: 4030479941 - VAT NO.: 310075545200003), to work together in all
parts of the Kingdom.

The establishment of a partnership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the

consolidation of the principle of TAB in expanding in the sister countries, as it is
considered the third partnership for TAB after UTAB in Qatar and Impeller in
Kuwait.
