ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTION FOR TRAINING OF ARMY POTENTIAL RECRUIT COURSE -
2023

GENERAL.
1.The trg of Army Basic Inf Trg Cse 23 ( BITC -23) is schedule to commence in 18th August
2023.A total number of Eight Hundred ( 800 ) Potential Recruit are expected to commence trg
at two ( 2 ) trg centers from Fri 18th Aug 23 as follows : As such GAF /72431/ ARMY /
2023/PTL- JULIUS YAW AMOO has been recruited into the GAF to start the the second batch of
training after the first batch of recruit has completed their training respectively.

a.Army Special Operation Training ( ASOTS ) Daboya -400 Recruit (BITC 1 / 23 ) .

b.Amour Training School ( ATS ) Sunyani -400 Recruit (BITC 2 / 23 ).

AIM.
2.The aim of these instruction is to outline the required and assign responsibilities to facilities
the smooth conduct of reception and processing of potential recruits to ensure successful trg at
respective trg centers .

CONDUCT.
3.The process leading to the recruits will be conducted in two (2)phases.

a.Phase I.Grouping and issues of prospectus to potential recruit. All potential recruit will
assemble at the Nicholson stadium from Fri 18th Aug 23 to be grouped into their respective trg
schools and be issued with the school Joining Instructions .

b.Phase II.Meeting and final checks of recruit at their respective training schools. Potential
recruit will report to their various schools according to their reporting date.The details of the
reporting and checking of the potential recruit are as follows :

( 2 ) Fri 18th Aug 23 Reception and Checking of 800 Potential recruit at Daboya Training
School.

( 3 ) Fri Aug 23 Inspection of items listed before departure to trg centers
