The Master Program Global Production Engineering and Management (GPEM) is

an international program which prepares students for careers in international
networks in the area of technology management. Rather than focusing on busi-
ness administration, GPEM enables engineers to create systematic technological
innovation combined with efficient and effective industrial business management.

Globalization and technology development advance rapidly. With a strategy-

oriented personnel, adidas Group and our Partners have to balance the ability to
create innovative solutions as well as the ability to enterprise them. To continue
our sustainable success, we target building the talent leaders for senior operati-
on roles in the future.

Full Scholarship:

 Full tuition fee (02 years Master Program GPEM conducted by Vietnam-
German University (VGU))
 Full transportation fee (bus, if any)
 Full accommodation fee (Dormitory at VGU, very good quality)
 Living expense (USD 200/month)
 Germany standards in training equipment & facility

Oppoturnities:

 Opportunity to do Master thesis in Germany

 Internship in adidas Global Sourcing office & our Partners’ Factories (KEY
Suppliers – huge international manufacturing groups) with 1-on-1 MENTOR
from Senior Management team
 Career within adidas Global Sourcing & our Partners (03 years commitment)
after graduation with clear career development plan (Normally: rotation
through different departments and functions to learn, absorb, develop over-
all knowledge and management & communication skill)
 Salary after graduation: around 1,000 USD/month
