conclusion.

International trade law

International commercial transactions, i.e. the exchange of goods and services between companies
or individuals from different countries, are the focus of international commercial law. This field of
law deals with issues such as international commercial contracts, international carriage of goods,
financing of international commercial transactions, cross-border e-commerce and global
intellectual property protection.
In essence, international trade law deals with the laws and regulations that govern how companies
do business internationally, ensuring that there are common standards and mutual understandings
that facilitate cross-border trade and resolve disputes.
International commercial law
A broader term, international commercial law, can include both international trade law and other
aspects of law that affect international business transactions. It can include not only laws that
regulate international trade in goods and services, but also other laws that affect how businesses
operate globally.
This may include issues such as the resolution of international commercial disputes, the legal
aspects of setting up multinational companies, the regulation of international financial markets,
competition and unfair trade practices worldwide, among others.
In short, international commercial law covers the laws and regulations that affect international
commercial transactions. On the other hand, international commercial law focuses mainly on the
laws that regulate those transactions and the commercial relations between companies from
different countries.
