How to use IL-2 Cliffs Of Dover Blitz in Virtual Reality (VR)

- Be sure that your VR headset works by launching WMR (Windows Mixed Reality)

- Launch IL-2 Cliffs Of Dover Blitz on screen and check the "Enable VR" checkbox in "Video Options"
(Options/Video),

- Click OK button then click "Yes" button to restart game,

- Put on your VR headset and look in front of you during the game restart (a view calibration is done during
game start).
- If SteamVR is in front of game just minimise it.

If mouse isn't accessible, press "Windows + Y" keys combination to get back mouse control.

Windows desktop can be seen in virtual screen by pressing "Window" key.


To reset VR view in game, assign a key to "Reset View" control (Options/Controls/Camera).

Inter Pupilary Distance (IPD) offset can be forced with "VR IPD offset +/-" control (Options/Controls/Camera). This
change the world scale size perception.
Quick zoom controls are recommended when flying in VR mode (Options/Controls/Quicks Views). Zoom speed can be
set with "Zoom speed" slider.

Activating VR rotation amplification allow you to check your six easily, use "VR Toggle rotation amplification"
control (Options/Controls/Camera).
This rotation amplification can be tuned by 5% steps with "VR rotation amplification +/-" control
(Options/Controls/Camera).

When player uses periscopic bombsight (eg. He 111, Ju 88), he can switch from one eye to another with "VR Swap
bombsight eye" control (Options/Controls/Aircraft).
Mouse specific behaviors in VR:
- In VR, mouse can have two functionning mode:

- the 2D mode, when the minimap is displayed, the mouse behaves as it is on a virtual 2d screen. Info

Info windows in VR are accessible by switching mouse in 2D mode by openning minimap (see "Map" control in
Options/Controls/General)
VR specific controls are prefix with "VR".
