Good day Sir,

This is no flow alarm, what means that it is an actual no flow in the system, and the sensor
is not receiving water.

Pls. check if the water is flowing or stopped.

Check if the valves are opened correctly, or there is a blockage on the sompling water
somewhere else.

ANSWER: Today, we did checked both FW & SW lines to 3-port valve and checked found no signs for blockage or
clogging on the system. We carried out run the system and checked the Sample water to the Unit sensor observed
continuously flowing.

On our opinion this New front Monitoring panel is not compatible to the existing Master unit. Because as per new
manual instruction given / Installation section 9.3.3 REPLACING OLDER UNITS ( VERY IMPORTANT). Please see
attached instruction manual.
