    SUBJECT WEARING OF CASUAL ATTIRE/DRESS DURING


    HOLIDAY SEASON

    In celebration of the holiday season, please be advised that CLCHD personnel are allowed
    to wear casual attire/dress starting December 18, 2023.

    Wearing of the DOH prescribed uniform will resume on January 02, 2024, first working
    day of the year.
