RPMS-PPST for teachers as stipulated in Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2024-O29O dated 22

February 2O24 which is self-explanatory.

2. Public SchooIs District Supervisors are directed to discuss the new or amended policy

wi血all school heads so that血e provisions or stipulations of this Memorandum can be

disseminated to all teachers in the schooIs or leaming centers. Please refer to the

attachment or encIosures.

3. Other issues and concems regarding the RPMS-PPST implementation (Performance

evaluation of teachers) for the SchooI Year 2023-2024 sha11 be directed to the Curriculum

Implementation Division (CID) for proper information and guidance.

4. AIso encIosed is DO No. OO3, S. 2O24 Re: Amendment to DepEd Order No. 022, S.

throughout the school year working towards the achievement of the RPMS-PPST

objectives. This practice fa・Cilitates emcient preparation of teacher’s Portfolio for

Performance assessment and avoids piling up of RPMS-related tasks at the end of

the school year or during the 30-day mandatory vacation for teachers・

2023-2024

4. For classes and schooIs W暮TH LEARNERS紐om重ndigenous group, teaChers

shall be observed as scheduled and prescribed in the DM OO8, S. 2O23, Which shall

include the RPMS-PPST O切ective No. 8 (PPST Indicator 3.5"2 and PPST Indicator

3.5.3) in the list of classroom observable indicators (COIs) to be observed.

5. For classes and schooIs W重TH NO LEARNERS from Indigenous group,

teachers shall integrate in the lesson plan for the classroom observation Indigenous

culture-based teaching strategies that could possibly address the leaming needs of

leamers from Indigenous groups・ The integration of teaching strategies in the lesson

Plan must be highlighted and annotated.

This additional protocoI shall be applied to Quarter 4" Rating in the classroom

observation conducted in Quarter 2 which included the RPMS-PPST Objective 8

(PPSTIndicator3.5.2 and PPST Jndicator 3.5.3) in the list ofCOIs to be observed shall

be valid and counted.

The final rating of Emciency for RPMS-PPST classroom observable o切ectives

shall be computed by averaging the Efficiency ratings from the classroom
