Relative to CHED REGIONAL MEMORANDUM No. 66 Series of 2022 with the subject:
TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON THE UNIVERSAL PREVENTION CURRICULUM (UPC) FOR
SUBSTANCE USE- CURRICULUM, as part of CHEDs campaign against illegal drugs and in
support to Executive Order (EO) No. 66 series of 2018 or the Institutionalizing of the Philippine
Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS).

The Curriculum 5: School-Based Prevention Intervention for CV 2022 will be held on

July 5-7, 2022. The same participants who have completed Curriculums 1-4 in 2021 are expected
to attend. Attached is the list of the participants. Furthermore, we request that the participants
be excused from any school/work activity/responsibilities during the duration of the training, as
they are expected participate actively, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. during the three-day activity.

As part of CHED's campaign against illegal drugs and in support to Executive Order (EO)
No. 66 series of 2018 or the Institutionalizing of the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS),
the Commission will conduct the Training of Trainers on Universal Prevention Curriculum
(UPC) for Substance use of Guidance Counselors of HEIs, entitled Curriculum 5: School-
Based Prevention Intervention for CY 2022.
The schedule is on July 5-7, 2022. May we request for the participation of the Guidance
Counselors and HEI personnel who have completed the Curriculums 1 and 2, which were
conducted in CV 2021. Attached is the list of the participants.
The Zoom credentials shall be sent to the participants two days before the scheduled
training.
