l. The O航ce hereby informs the field of the comparative rankmg reSults of the recen廿y

COnducted assessment of the applicants for the position of EducatlOn Program Supervisor

(EPSVR-Science) and Senior Education Program Specia止st (SEPS-Networkmg/ Mobiliza_tion)

for Fiscal Year 2O24 for the information of all concerned.

2. The evaluatlOn/ COmParative assessment result is hereby posted on the Division’s website

3. However, Item/Paragraph 56 ofDepEd Order No. OO7, S. 2O23 (to quote):

``Queries andlor clarifications of the applicants pertaining to the process and result

from the date of posting, Of the IER (evaluation results); and shall be responded to by

the HRMO within three (3) to seven (7) days upon receipt of the query and/or
clarification. Notwithstanding the existence of a query and/Or Clarification including

6. Applicants who will raise corrections or clarifications on the scores obtained must send

directly submitted to the HR Unit/Section. All requests for corrections shall be subm王tted

7. Applicants are hereby reminded of the following:

7.1 “The appointmg O縦cer/authority shall be accountable in the appointments, and

in respondmg to queries and clarificat10nS Pertaining to the results of the selection’’(Item

66 0fDO No. 007, S. 2023);

7.2くくAny protest on appointment shall be the accountability of the appointing

o鉦cerIauthority in the concerned govemance level. The protest for nonteaching,

related teaching, and school administratlOn POSitions shall be filed through a formal

written communication addressed to the Head of O餓ce (SchooIs Division Supermtendent) ,

within 15 calenda重days from the date of the issuance of the appointment・ The Rules on

Protest under the 2017 RRACCS shall apply’’(Item 67, 1st paragraph DO No. 007, S. 2023);

7.3 ``The Head of O節ce shall respond to the protest within seven (7) calendar days

from the receipt ofthe protest but may extend to up to 2O days depending on the complexity

ofthe protest" (3rd paragraph ofItem 67, DO No. OO7, S. 2O23);

about action or response to protests issued by the Head of O縦ce sha皿be submitted

8. ・くConsistent with Rule XVIⅡ Section 92 ofthe 2017 RRACCS, the pendeney of an appeal

pertaining to an appointment issued shall not render an appointment ineffective or bar the

approval/ValidatlOn血ereof, by the CSC, but the approval/Vandation shall be subject to the

魚nal outcome of the protest’’(5th paragraph of DO No. OO7, S. 2O23)・

9. Those who will be proposed for promotlOn Or Shall be considered for the position are

expected to comply with the documentary requirements within three (3) calendar days, and

report to血e o臆ce/station upon receipt of血e appoint皿ent・ Assumption to duty or first day
