3. Condi心ons stipulated in Item No. 6 ofDeped Order No. 22, S. 2O13 shallbe adopted,

assigning a Point System for each phori寄手area and requiring documentary evidence

to esta班sh a competitive Rank List to be used in determining the most qua臆ed

appncant. (Please refer to血e attachment for the template).
