- In this week I launched my website online

- Firstly I created the domain and edit the name servers where the hosting

server is mapped with the domain

- Second the hosting space is created in the cpanel where the space is mapped
with domain.
- By using the name severs both the space and domain are mapped together

- I have created some database online with which it was loaded with the

database offline from the localhost system

- Upload the code live server and interconnect the database by configuring the

settings in the project using codeigniter

- Finally I have created the SSL certification in to make the website secure

online with the https

Finally I completed the project and make the project online

With the completion of the project I have learnt what is a project what is the

Servers and how to make online

Technologies used: Apache2, PHP 8.1, Mysql 8

CHAPTER 5: OUTCOMES DESCRIPTION

Describe the work environment you have experienced (in terms of people
interactions, facilities available and maintenance, clarity of job roles, protocols,
procedures, processes, discipline, time management, harmonious relationships,
socialization, mutual support and teamwork, motivation, space and ventilation,
etc.)
- First I am done my internship through offline we start learning classes
related to maintenance support. By learning the class we thought it would be
difficult that fear made us to focus and complete the internship.
- At the starting there are some works which need to be done on the
system once the system is ready. all the works which need to be done or system
as a problem, based on the information's provided while doing the project, I faced
lots of issues and doubts we verified with supervisor and understand clearly and
complete the jobs .
- We do the full stack web app development following the process given by
the supervisor and completed the tasks
- As on individual I worked on the project assigned where we have clear
clarity of job roles and procedures to be followed here which made of function
has to start first and which has to end next.
- Time management place a key role have where the site has to
be promoted where the site has to be posted
- As a team I take support from others even we have worked on different projects

- Here team trained support more to make the works completed.

Describe the real time technical skills you have acquired (in terms of the job-
related skills and hands on experience)

The technical skills are the specialized knowledge and expertise required to perform specific
tasks & use specific tools and program in a real world situations device technical skills are
required in just about every field and industry.

In fact many entry level positions across industries require basic technical skills such as basic
networking skills,

There are many examples of more advanced hardware skills that a job might require. Soft
skills unlike work place skill also called as soft skills, such as communication and time
management technical skills often required specific education and training.

Technical skills learn are :

- I have learned many technical skills over the period of learning and working some in brief
and some in depth.

- Something referred to as soft skill, involve the practical knowledge.

Technical skills:
- UI/UX Design
- Responsive Designs
- Scripting Languages
- database design
- Hosting Services
Describe the managerial skills you have acquired (in terms of planning, leadership,
team work, behavior, workmanship, productive use of time, weekly improvement in
competencies, goal setting, decision making, performance analysis, etc.

- First I understand what is meant by skill where it is a knowledge and ability to be learn
practically

- How ever practical implementation plays a very important role in mobile apps activities
and tasks .this skills will help me to manage people or guide people and technology

- I understand how to do the work with planning and how to do the work with the team
work

- I understand how to manage the time and how to improve the decision making during
working hours

- I understand finally how to reach the goals in future all these I observed in my internship

Types of skills are :

* Technical skills

* Conceptual skills

* Human and interpersonal management.

- I understand my strengths and weakness and manage my skills which is very essential to
grow in every ones life.

- By interacting with one another work man ship quality is developed.

- With productive use of times in practice and learning and working by spending more
to every one.

- Weekly improvement in competences helps to complete with other and

improve computational spirit.

- With the weakly report and take completions performance has to be analyzed.
Describe how you could improve your communication skills (in terms of
improvement in oral communication, written communication, conversational abilities,
confidence levels while communicating, anxiety management, understanding others,
getting understood by others, extempore speech, ability to articulate the key points, closing
the conversation, maintaining niceties and protocols, greeting, thanking and appreciating
others, etc.,)

- Having good English communication skills is necessary across many industries and job
roles

- The ability to express, your self clearly end confidently can help you on a personal and
professionally

- Regardless of our existing skills , you should work on your English communication to
advance in your career

- In this internship, I also learned some basic communication skills any environment,
especially in your work space during my internship

- I followed reading , writing , listening , and speaking for improving my language skills.

- I slightly improve oral and written communication. I can understand the others while
they are speaking

- I follow slow speaking and practiced with other friends and I can read English
Newspapers and listening English videos and audios
- It helped me a lot to improve my communication skills during my internship

-It improves my confidence levels while communicate with each

other getting understand by others

- It helps me to improve my ability to articulate the key points to make be the best of all
in the team

- It helps me to start the conversation and close the conversation maintaining the
protocols etc.,

- It helps to improve my inter personal behavior like greeting others, thinking others
and appreciating others etc.,

- It helps me to treat elders respectable to others and younger lovable by

communicating so generate some healthy environment in the work place
Describe how could you could enhance your abilities in group discussions,
participation in teams, contribution as a team member, leading a team/activity.
- I understand that group discussion is a type of discussion that involves people sharing
ideas or activities. people in the group discussion are connected with one basic idea.

- Based on that idea/everyone in the group represents his or her perspective

- Group discussion is a discussion is a discussion that tests the candidates’ skills, politeness,
team work listening ability general awareness confidence, problem solving skills

- Group discussion is always performed around the table. People can sit in any arrangements
but everyone should be able to see every face

- It is not only the usual discussion but it also discussion with knowledge and facts group
discussions are an essential part of testing candidates in the organization requirement
process etc.,

- It also plays an important role in developing the skills of the student

- I was participated in few group discussions and I get improved my communication skills
and confidence

Abilities that improves in group discussion which enhances are:

*Self confidence

*Talk activeness

*Listening skills

*Understanding ability others

*Problem solving skills

Makes me the best of all others and made a leader with the leadership skills

- With the above skills I gain the good position of controlling others as a team leader or
project manager by providing the activities etc.,

Group discussion helps me to be a team member (understanding what others are trying to
convey me) a team leader (where I can talk to the team members and assign work and
command the work) with my confidence and skills
Describe the technological developments you have observed and relevant to
thesubject area of training (focus on digital technologies relevant to your job role)

st
The 21 century has seen a technical revolution several highly commercial and widely

used technologies from the early 2000s have completely vanished and other ones have
replaced them .

- In 2021, many latest technologies will emerge practically in the fields of computer science
and engineering

- These latest technologies are only going to get better in 2021 and they may even make it
into the hands of the average individual these are the key trends or technologies

- Look whether you are a computer science graduate or a seasoned it professional and how
these innovations are spending the established at work and on college campus

- Mobile app building technologies like mobile app plays a very important in app building
compared to olden days technologies like app building becomes more prominence in the
