Renewable energy, often referred to as clean energy or alternative energy,

comes from natural sources or processes that are constantly replenished. A
renewable energy source means energy that is sustainable - something that can't
run out, or is endless, like the sun. It means sources of energy that are
alternative to the most commonly used non-sustainable sources - like coal.

The twin threats of energy security and climate change are driving interest in
renewable energy sources such as solar, wind power, biomass, hydropower and

Exercise 6: Interpretation of technical writings (Heat exchanger

maintenance procedure): Complete the following short text with the words
