Dear Officer,

I hope this email finds you well. I am Büşra, a psychology student at Boğaziçi University, in
Istanbul. As announced, it is proud and exciting that the EFPSA Conference will be held in
Turkey after years with its unique theme.

As the Vice MR of the EFPSA Turkey team, I am writing to mention that I will be very
enthusiastic about contributing to the conference in order to help this event be held in the
most efficient way and to ensure that the participating students are satisfied.

This letter includes the areas that I can contribute based on my organizational experience,
my motivation regarding the conference and my background for your assessment.

EFPSA is a significant platform that links professionals, academicians and students while
crossing the borders of countries. By bonding psychology students who are future
professionals and providing them an unforgettable experience; it's a great satisfaction for me
to be involved in this prestigious and comprehensive event. Especially in this year's EFPSA
Conference, witnessing the delivered content that is aligned with values of ethical and
inspiring research will be an unmatched experience.

I believe that one of the most useful ways for undergraduate students to gain practical
experience in different areas of psychology is to attend workshops moderated by academics
or clinicians who are experts in their field. I have attended various workshops such as
psychodrama, expressionist art workshop, neurological attachment, and child drawing
analysis as a projective technique, and had the opportunity to meet experts in their fields and
be informed about their work. I would like to work to include interactive workshops with the
applying students at the EFPSA conference. I believe that holding workshops / presentations
would increase the awareness of numerous psychological fields mainly focused on the
specific scientific theme of the EFPSA Conference.

I learned that one of the most critical steps in the events where I worked as a coordinator in
the organization team was budget management and creating financial resources. We are
trying to reach students from different economic backgrounds, so we will need the support of
sponsors to ensure equal opportunities. I led the way in making sponsorship agreements
with municipalities, universities, publishing houses, banks and various brands to host an
affordable experience. I can take part in financially appropriate planning within the
framework of EFPSA's fundraising policies.

In order to spread the word about EFPSA, producing rich and effective content for social
media is one of the key formulas. I produce social media content for the activities of the
psychology club at my school (Boğaziçi University Behavioral Sciences Club), where I
actively participate. I would be happy if I can contribute to the process of reaching the
appropriate number of applicants and connecting them.

Hope to engage in collaborative endeavors within an esteemed team, followed by the

prospect of convening at the upcoming conference.

Kind regards,
Büşra Zeynep BAHAR
