litigation portfolio for Maharashtra and Goa. Further my portfolio is to

Key Operations:
• Identify cases for settlements which would save huge compensation and
interest to the company.
• Identify fraud cases and non - settlable cases which needs to be contested
for loss minimization or exoneration.
• To vet the Written Statements and rectify them if defense is available.

• Advocate payments.
• To make decision for creating or enhancing reserve.
• To travel across state for court visits to meets the respective Hon'ble
District Judges.
• Interact with claimant Advocates for suggesting the most viable
settlements and cultivating relations with them so that no fraud claims are
filed with the company.
• Liaison with Local official government authorities.
• To daily co-ordinate with the investigation team.
• To co - ordinate with Motor team, Health team, Marine teams ext.
• To observe, manage, direct, take appropriate steps, defense in high value
civil litigations on behalf of the company.
• The company had entrusted it’s trust and faith in me through its Power of
Attorney granting rights to settle or contest, Civil, MACT and Consumer
matter amounting to Rs. 50 lakhs on behalf of the company.
