BE IT KNOWN, I, Stephon Craig: Shelley presumed you, Judge

Walker, intended to take your oath to Me, being a

Washingtonian, one of the people of Washington and that you

intended to swear your oath of office to Me before all the

world, and that act of swearing was done knowingly,

willingly, understandingly and freely intended Me to

understand that you made your oath to Me before God.

1. Pursuant to the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES

OF America ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION by the Legislative

Reference Service, Library of Congress (prepared expressly

for the functionally illiterate new members of Congress)

in essence states on page 1088, 1089, et seq. that a

corporation, legal fiction has no right to life, liberty

or property and includes but is not limited to due

process, a counter claim, barratry, deceptive trade

practices, or any other claim by the plaintiff or the

court that deny due process to Stephon Craig: Shelley.

2. BE IT KNOWN, that the use of any idem sonans that

deny Stephon Craig: Shelley and misled Stephon Craig:

Shelley or any variance that misled to My prejudice will

result in action of #1 above. Be it also known that any

res or rem that prejudice My defense are done without

disclosure and therby fraud as the original suit was not

filed in My given name and family name and the fiction

name ALL IN CAPITOL LETTERS was used as a deterrent to my

best interest and I am not representing myself, I am

myself. I am relentless on the competence issue and never

waive counsel.

3. For this notice to the court that the

Constitutional

Republic still exists and guarantees ones status and that

I, Stephon Craig Shelley, declair that my status is that of

sovereign, and vassel to no man but, servent and subject to

the Lord Jesus The Christ and His Laws.
