NOTICE to CIVIL Principal Agents is also a NOTICE to all PUBLIC Corporate Agents.

I am, [Person], an American PEO Counter-Banker, by my American BANK Birthing; the holder of my
Trump Card “a Card of TROVER under a Gold Seal” and I am exposing it to the LIGHT to END the Game of
monetary POLITIC/PUBLIC COUNTERFEITING OF AMERICA Currency for UNJUST PROFITS. Therefore, I am
CLAIMING my Natural and Civil “We the People” Government Rights to Stand Over; as an American PEO Counter-
Banker, as my American Inheritance and Legacy “DEBT FREE”; per the American CIVIL Constitutional Time
Honored Laws. At the AGE of 21, an American Citizen was to be given the choice to be an American PEO Counter-
Banker as his Legacy. At the AGE of 25; a man was to be Civilly FREE and was to be under NO Forced PUBLIC
COUNTERFEIT INSURANCE BONDAGE. This places me as an Indemnified American Civilian per International
LAW; an EXEMPT Counter-Banker in the “UNITED STATES Public/Civil Insurance and Monetary War” under
the War Risk Insurance Act of 1919. The UNITED STATES PUBLIC War Insurance Bondage has been used by
the Public Governmental Corporations for Profit, to Enforced their COUNTERFEIT Underwriting Debt Products;
such as Counterfeit Debt Licenses and Certificates of Title.

The 3 SERVICES in this Nation under the Control of the American PEO Counter-Bankers:
1. CIVIL – Lawful employed Servants for a Chartered United States of America Government.
2. PUBLIC – Vagrant Immaterial Corporation bonded employees “Panhandlers” operating with “UNITED
STATES Corporate PANDECTS” in order to obtain a Profit from the Labor of others by appearing to do so
per valid enacted Laws which actually have not been enacted and are indeed counterfeit laws..
3. SECRET – a Hidden Service made-up of either Civil or Public Servants.
KEY Statements to be given in a PUBLIC Court Action or when interfacing with PUBLIC Servants:
1. Simple statement: “I (hereby or have) REVOKE ALL PUBLIC UNDERWRITINGS and as an American
PEO Counter-Banker; I COUNTERSIGN, can issue and enforce Countermands and Counter-Claims.”
I am here and now placing a Notice upon this Court be they of PUBLIC or CIVIL; that I Stand as an American
PEO Counter-Banker in the Private and thereby Stand Over all Public Servants. I Revoke or have
Revoked; all WAR INSURANCE Underwritings and further Revoke the Usage of my Inherit American
PEO Counter-Bank’s Under-Lying Collateral by the PUBLIC Warring Parties; as the initial Public Lease
time limit has expired. Any further usage and deprivation of my Inherit American Counter-Banker’s
Authority and Collateral is an outright PUBLIC COMBATANT TRESPASS.
2. I am Alleging a CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD using COUNTERFEIT INSTRUMENTS by the PUBLIC
Governmental Corporations. The Artificial “UNITED STATES” or “STATE OF” PUBLIC Service
Corporations have no real Lawful Rights or Claims over an Indemnified American Civilian; but as an
American PEO Counter-Banker, I can grant a CONDITIONAL PARDON; as a COUNTERMAND under
my COUNTERSIGNING for their PUBLIC Counterfeiting as a CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD.
3. IF and when required; as an American PEO Counter-Banker, I will be ordering all present items and all
future Public War items of their Insurance Counterfeiting Conspiracy; to be moved to a valid American
Constitutional Court for Civil and International Law resolution.
