NABI’S CHADZ Restaurant is located at Pier, Aroroy, Masbate. The place is very accessible to all
passengers, passer-by, students, native and tourist. You’ll enjoy the scenery outside because it has an

1.1 Business Model and Value Preposition
It is hard to crave when your craving is not available in your hometown. When you cannot
do anything but just look on the internet and said “I wish I could go there”. To our dearest
neighbour, no more ‘Sanaol’ because your wish is our command. If you’re worrying about
the prices don’t worry because we are a budget friendly – our prices are as low as possible
and reasonable. Upon waiting for their orders they will not get bored because we prepare a
small stage to someone who want to sing and jam to everyone. We have free Wi-Fi to
student who wish to study. The room also filled with different paintings and artworks made
by children. Apart from serving good food, we like to elevate the overall experience of the
customers and make their visit memorable.
Our main goal why we establish this NABI’S CHADZ RESTAURANT is to satisfy our beloved
customer from their cravings – Merienda, snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and
drinks. And to express the artworks and talent of children. They’ll enjoy not only our dishes
but also the vibes and ambiance of our restaurant. We want our customer to feel relaxed
and satiate. We are glad to please everyone’s stomach.
NABI’S CHADZ RESTAURANT is made fresh every order, you can also order in advance to
avoid the hassle of waiting via information given by the management. We also accept
delivery, depending of the area located, just fill up the advance order form. NABI’S CHADZ is
ready and happy to serve you.

NABI’S CHADZ is a monopolistically competitive market structure. There are lots of
Restaurant or eatery here in Aroroy and it is easily accessible. Having lots of competitor,
NABI’S CHADZ think of what they can do to stand more among them. As we know that
Aroroy has always have power interruption NABI’S CHADZ decided to put solar panel as a
substitute when power interruption occur. They want the customer to be satiate at the
same time enjoying the visit with them, and make them come more often. With this, NABI’S
CHADZ aims to become most known restaurant in the locality, a dish they’ll enjoy.
1.3.1 The Target Market and Customer Base
Aroronians love to chill in the Terminal to enjoy the sunset and feel the cold breeze
of the sea. At night they also enjoy the overlooking stars and moon. Some bring
food and share it with their friends and family. They love to hangout and shared
laughter with each other.
The NABI’S CHADZ is open for all – students, workers, passer-by, people live near
the area, nature lover customer, selenophile, astrophile, eco-friendly, and etc.

Municipality of Aroroy has 41 barangays with 100,670 population. Aroroy has lots
of visitor from different Municipality of Masbate. Terminal is the loading and
unloading of busses and vans or any kind of transportation, this is where the NABI’S
CHADZ RESTAURANT located. The potential buyers and customer that have the
capacity to buy and patronage our product are 54,750 people in the population plus
the visitor of the said Municipality in a year. Most of it comes from students,
workers, visitors, and native who love to eat, relax, hangout and satisfied their
cravings.

1.3.3 Competitor Analysis
A restaurant is a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.
NABI’S CHADZ identified competitors are Chloe’s Food House, Makens, d’ Frime
Bistro, Marilyn’s place, Charieflor, Papa Ted’s, Tapsigo, Ethans, and other nearby
eatery. Compared to NABI’S CHADZ their restaurant or eatery is establish ahead of
time which makes it their possible advantage. Also they are located along the road.
1.3.4 Competitive Advantage
NABI’S CHADZ has several advantage among competitor these are: having high
standard for its food quality and ensures that guests receive the same quality with
every meal, providing similar-quality food and drinks at a lower price, keeping a
full and happy staff, a stage where the customer can jam, a free Wi-Fi, charging
station of customer, a solar panel when power interruption occur, an artworks
made by children, an overlooking sunset, and a warm, cozy and casual vibe of our
restaurant and we accept advance order and delivery. We serve with courtesy and
respect to all of the customer. Not only we value our customer, but we also value
our staff.

Since our target customer is from students, workers, visitors, and native, we are going to use
the Social Media and flyers to introduce our business. W

create a Facebook Page which contains our services, promos, contact address,
location and the advance order form and delivery form. Also for the native and
passer-by we will provide a flyers which contains the same with our Facebook Page.
