PF Contributions & Options
● Employees will receive INR 1800 per month from PhonePe
towards their PF. Employees also make a matching
contribution which will be deducted from basic salary.

● Employees can opt for a Flexi PF contribution of 12% of


basic pay.

● Employees can also opt for a Voluntary PF contribution


anytime through the year. The same will be deducted from
your take home.

● All employees are eligible for gratuity on completion of 5


years of continuous service.

● Employees can also opt for monthly deduction of NPS, up


to 10% of basic salary.

Learning Assistance Program

● Every employee is allocated a fixed learning wallet amount


of INR 5,00,000 per year upon joining.

● The Learning wallet can be availed at one instance or


multiple instances in a year upto a maximum of INR 5,00,000.

Car Lease Program


● Every employee can assign a maximum of 20% of the annual Base
Pay towards the car lease rental.

● Lease tenure can be 36 months or 48 months.

● The car lease amount will cover the EMI, fleet management charges,
maintenance charges, cost of registration and insurance of the car.
Mobile & Broadband Reimbursements

● Employees can claim reimbursement of broadband bills


incurred towards business needs at a max limit of INR 1000.

● Employees can also claim reimbursement of Mobile bills


incurred towards business needs at a max limit of INR 1000.

Salary Advance Policy


● Employees can opt for a maximum of 2 months of base salary (Base Pay) as
an advance.

● Option available to choose up to 12 equal interest free monthly


installments for recovery through monthly payroll.

● Policy provides financial assistance to meet unexpected expenses.
