It is hereby mutually agreed between the parties that the Licensee will not permit
the dwelling to be used for, or to facilitate any illegal/ immoral activity,
including drug-related illegal activities, regardless of whether the individual
engaging in such activity is a member of the household or not. If found guilty,
this Leave & License agreement will be terminated immediately.
It is hereby agreed that the Licensee shall have no right, title or interest to the
remaining property or anything existing in the property expect the occupation of
the apartment for duration/validity of the Leave & License agreement.
That in the event of any dispute with respect to this Agreement the said dispute
shall be referred to Arbitration of a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Licensor and
as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any
amendments or re-enactments as the case may be. The seat of Arbitration shall be in
Goa and proceedings shall be in English.
IN WITNESS WHEROF, this Agreement signed by the parties, on the day and year
hereinabove mentioned.
