Q#01:
ANS: In Cinco’s Upstate there is big issue that Jim needs to be aware of the unethical behavior
that is happening, which is the wastage of plant is increasing the pollution in the river which is
causing the environmental issue and the plant is illegally working by paying bribe to Ralph
Hoad, who cares about the EPA verification report, that identifies that plant is working
perfectly. Jim needs to take action against the report checker the shift Foreman, which told Jim
that they are working according to the EPA standards by showing the fake report.

Q#02:
ANS:
ADVANTAGE:
1) If Jim don’t act against the situation, then he will be working on the position and will not
be disturbed.
2) If Jim takes legal action, then many lives using the river water will be saved, and he will
be satisfied by stopping illegal practices and will be saved by future allegations.
DISADVANTGE:
1) He is working there by knowing about the unethical practices going in the plant, so if
they caught up, so all will be sent to jail and the plant will be sealed too.
2) If he acts against the foremen and Ralph Hoad then he will also be fired or forced to quit
the job.

Q#03:
ANS: The pressure has been brought up by the secretary Ramona that if Jim takes any legal act
against this issue, then he has to quit the job or will be dismissed by the Cinco’s Plant.

Q#04:
ANS: Jim is hired by the Cinco Corporation as the “Plant Manager” and he needs to inspect the
plant and generate a daily report, but according to company policy every employee is given free
hand to deal with the customers, and all of them have unity within them, so there Jim can’t take
action, rather than to quit, if he blamed anyone about the situation then he will be in the worst
situation.
