PFA: Hi. I am Gwen what’s your name?

CHILD: Akira

PFA: Akira, do you want to talk to me about what happened?

CHILD: *nods*

PFA: Do you want to come with me? Let’s go somewhere safe and quiet so you’ll be comfortable.

CHILD: * nods and follow*

PFA: How are you feeling?

CHILD: (long silence) Why can’t I walk? It’s not fair.

PFA: I know it must be tough for you not be able to walk. Sometimes our bodies need extra help in doing
things, but its okay. How do you feel about it?

CHILD: Sad , i wish I could walk less trouble for my parents .

PFA: they dont see you as troublesome. Did they say that

CHILD: No… But (pause)

PFA: You might be the only one who thinks that. Parents love their kids no matter what

Sub sentence (check if yung shorter sentence mas okay) :I think you’re the only one who thinks that.
Parents would always put their child first and protect them regardless of the situation.
CHILD: Yeah but because I can’t walk, I’ll always think that I’m a burden

PFA:It's normal to feel that way, but trust your parents. They love you. Don't blame yourself, you're a
child. Lean on them for now.

Sub sentence : It’s natural to think like that sometimes but you can’t just conclude anything based on
your own opinion. You have to listen to what they say and trust them that they’re saying the truth.
Don’t blame yourself, you’re just a child and for now you have to lean on your parents and let them take
responsibility.
