RE: REQUEST TO USE YOUR PREMISES

On behalf of our client Prudential Assurance Uganda Ltd, we write this letter requesting for permission
to carry out a one day BTL activity at your premises, specifically at the parking lot. The activity is aimed
at generating sales leads and creating awareness about Prudential Assurance product offers.

Our setup will include the following:

1. A 3m x 3m tent
2. 15 plastic chairs with covers
3. 3 Tables
4. Branding material
5. Mini PA System (Played at permissible noise levels)
6. Personnel in branded uniform

The activity will be between 8am and 5pm on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024. We take this opportunity to
re-assure you all will be done without interfering with other business activities. Additionally, we will be
mindful of the need to maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the area, and as such undertake to assure the
same.
