LETTER OF TERMS OF SALES

We at Wellmar Alliance Berhad appreciate and acknowledge your Letter of Intent dated 16th
September 2020. We are pleased that you had expressed interest to procure a production contract
for Blue Non-Powdered Examination Nitrile Glove Productions with Wellmar Alliance Bhd.

Wellmar Alliance Bhd is a public registered company with Registrar of Companies Malaysia. Wellmar
Alliance Bhd and YTY Industries (Manjung) Sdn Bhd are co-manufacturer producing gloves for
domestic and international markets. In addition, Wellmar Alliance Bhd, is also in collaboration with
Advanced Healthcare Products Sdn Bhd (AHP) along with several leading glove manufacturing
factories in Malaysia, our achievement and recognitions are testimonials.

We would like to kindly inform you that Wellmar Alliance Bhd produces two house brand that includes
UNI-GLOVE and ULTI-MED, both manufactured by YTY Industries and Advanced Healthcare Products
Sdn Bhd (AHP). With reference to your enquiries for UNI-GLOVE Blue Non-Powdered Examination
Nitrile Glove, we would sincerely like to apologise that production for UNI-GLOVE are currently
running to full capacity.

We would like to propose to your kind Sir, an alternative proposal to fulfil and accommodate your
request order for the UNI-GLOVE Blue Non-Powdered Examination Nitrile Glove for 2 million boxes of
mixed sizes monthly production contract. We at Wellmar Alliance Bhd, would like to accommodate
and fulfil your request order by offering you another Wellmar Alliance Bhd in house brand ULTI-MED,
this in house brand is fully owned by Wellmar Alliance Bhd we have the full production capacity and
rights to deliver. Both in house brands ae manufactured and produced under the same manufacturing
facility with all the ISO compliance and conformance, those certificates were provided to your kind Sir
earlier for reference. We will provide you with a sample of ULTI-MED blue non-powdered nitrile
examination gloves.

Dear Mr Bernard, the current price for the ULTI-MED blue non-powdered nitrile examination gloves
as of Sept 17th 2020 is USD 6.95/box for100 gloves. This offer is only valid and subjected to a 12
months’ contract term with a minimum order of 2 million boxes per month. This term and condition
offer is valid for 5 working days from date of this letter.

Once both respected parties agreed with the terms and condition offered, Wellmar Alliance Bhd will
provide the Sales and Purchase agreement contract to serve the Letter of Intent to the buyer, Cooley
Supplies Ltd. Upon signing the contract, Cooley Supplies Ltd has to deposit a sum of 30% from the full
contract value. Wellmar Alliance Bhd has offered Cooley Supplies Ltd a payment term that would ease
transaction and benefit both parties involved through the establishment of “Joint Trust Corporate
Account” with a merchant bank duly registered with Bank Negara Malaysia and agreed by both parties
the buyer and the seller.

Subsequently, the balance payment will be made upon the successful and completion of monthly
order that has been inspected and witnessed by the Cooley Supplies Ltd appointed SGS representative
prior to payment prior to shipments. Any matter arising will be dealt through communication channel
to seek for clarifications. Production will commence within 30 days of deposit made and cleared.

Dear respected Sir, should you be interested to proceed with this business acumen, Wellmar Alliance
Bhd would appreciate for your kind intervention to provide a financial supportive document (Bank
statement) as a POF to facilitate and ease our transaction, we respect your confidentiality policy.
