Endorsing P1 Mn for eRFP (JDE System Request for Refund) on the basis of below justification:

P1Mn Dated Check Cleanline renewal was unintentionally deposited.

Feb 26, 2024 | Two checks (Php1Mn & Php218K) Chinabank dated Jan 31, 2024
forwarded by COG Princess Sebastian from ASM Bernard Guina to O2C c/o Kirby – NO
attached Acknowledgment Letter , NO NOTE NOT for deposit.
Feb 27, 2024 - O2C Kirby messaged Princess to confirm if the checks received is really
for deposit and as per advised "yes'', thus it was deposited on that day.
Feb 28, 2024 - Dessa tried to call BPI if possible to "HOLD" the check but unfortunately
already validated.

O2C Jannet called up ASM Bernard to advised him and according to him he instructed
Princess accordingly that the P1Mn check is for the renewal on the dated check cleanline,
only the Php218K 'should' be for deposit. There was a miscommunication between ASM
Bernard and COG Princess. Already reminded Commercial Manager that for dated check
always attached Acknowledgment Letter or indicate a note "NOT" for deposit in case
Acknowledgement letter is not yet available.
