THREE-STOREY FMB MAIN BUILDING AND FOUR-STOREY FMB ANNEX

BUILDING ELECTRICAL SYSTEM-PANEL BOARD UNITS FOR THE FIRE
PROTECTION WORKS

I. Detailed Responsibilities
In coordination with the end-user, and in accordance with the approved design plans
and bill of quantities, the hired Contractor shall:

1. The Contractor shall carry out the Works properly and in accordance with this
Contract. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and
Contractor's Equipment, which may be required.
2. Supply and install the Electrical System-Panel Board Units for the Fire Protection
Works of the three-Storey Main Building and Four-storey Annex Building.

Fire Protection Works

a. Supply and installation of panel boards.

II. Approved Budget of the Contract

1. For and in consideration of the performance and accomplishment of the REPAIR
WORKS, FMB shall pay the CONTRACTOR the sum of FOUR MILLION
SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-
NINE PESOS AND THREE CENTS (Php 4,711,799.03) as the Approved
Budget for the Contract for the contract price. Subject to pertinent laws on
government contracts and auditing procedures.
2. The contract price is inclusive of all duties and taxes.
3. No changes shall be made on the Contract Price by reason of escalation in
currency. Any adjustment in Contract Price shall be done in accordance with
guidelines provided by law.
4. The payment of escalation costs shall be subject to the unilateral and written
approval and availability of funds.
