Thank you for your interest and time in applying for the 2023 Pillars for Carolina Co-Director
position. The search committee enjoyed reading over your application materials and learning
more about your experiences and goals for this position during the in-person interview
process. After extensive review, the search committee would like to offer you the position of
Co-Director for the 2022-2023 year!

The 2022-2023 Co-Director position will be active beginning on Monday, October 17th, 2022,
until the 2023-2024 Co-Directors are chosen (September/October 2023). Co-Directors are
asked to have a minimum of 10 office hours per week, located within the Leadership and
Service Center. Incoming Co-Directors will meet with the outgoing Co-Directors for a
transition period, as well as meet with advisors on a weekly basis. Co-Directors will also be
tasked with facilitating weekly Lead Team meetings throughout the fall, spring, and summer.
