Dear father and brother,

Acies is a Church function which is held annually about the Feast of the Annunciation
for the members to renew their consecration to Mary. In the Legion system, each year
there shall be a consecration of legionaries to Our Lady. The consecration - which shall
comprise both an individual and a collective consecration - will take place on the 25th of
March or on a day close thereto.

We, the Rosario Curia (legionaries from San Jose, Ibaan, Rosario, Alupay, San Juan
and Padre Garcia), will be having our Acies on March 23, 2024, 8:00 AM-12:00NN.

In line with this, we would like to ask permission to your good office to please allow us to
use the school gymnasium to be the venue for the said event together with the use of
other equipments such as chairs, table, microphones and the available sound
system that will be use in the celebration of the holy mass. Rest assured that the
school gymnasium would be properly taken care of and would only be used for the said
purposes. Your approval will be very much appreciated for it will be a great help to make
the said event possible.
