YOUTH CENTER BUILDING

WORK IMMERSION REFLECTION

Indeed a (10) day’s work immersion in the Youth Center Building was a
great experience happened in my Senior High School life. It gave me a lot of
lessons and learnings and opened up my mind to explore, develop and learn
new things. It brought me a lifelong learning that no other industry partners
could not give, out of that (10) days it gave us some insights on how to
conduct oneself inside the company/business establishment during the work
immersion period. First of all is Time Management, this is important because
coming on time is one of our responsibilities. Managing my time and making
use of it in productive activities will be both beneficial to me and to the
company/business I’m in, and at the end of the day I can say to myself that I
did a great job. Second is Handling Work Pressure, learning how to handle
work pressure would be a great help on yourself and this would make your
work clean and free from errors, because putting a lot of pressure on yourself
would be a big risk and may lead to a lot of difficulties or errors while doing
your tasks/works. Next is Building Good Relationship to the people around
you inside the company/business establishment, it creates a harmonious and
smooth relationship to others, then I have proven that I have the ability to
socialize with others and build good connection to others. Also
communication is the best solution when having a hard time on your work and
asking for help when needed is the best thing to do, because doing everything
by yourself while having a hard time would lead to a lot of problems. And
lastly Respect one another is a must to build a strong bond with everyone
inside the establishment.
Furthermore, the experience I had in this work immersion period will be a
great help in my journey in becoming a successful employee. I therefore
believe that experience is the best teacher.
