Subject: Request of data parameter for CLUP, CDRA, LCCAP and FLUP

Dear Sir Vicente,

The Local Government Unit of Pamplona is currently updating its Comprehensive Land Use Plan
(CLUP) in accordance with Sec. 20 (c), RA 7160 which states that cities and municipalities shall
continue to prepare or update their CLUP. Supplemental to this plan are the Climate and Disaster Risk
Assessment (CDRA), Forest Land Use Plan (FLUP) and the Local Climate Change Action Plan
(LCCAP).

In developing these plans, the LGU is generating first its hazard maps to initially see which areas in
the locality are more prone and exposed to high meteorological hazards. These maps demand primary
data like the parameters of Rainfall Amount, Mean Temperature, Maximum Temperature, Minimum
Temperature, Wind Speed and Wind Direction, Relative Humidity in shapefile and excel file with
coordinates.

In this regard, this LGU is respectfully requesting your office the above needed parameters to
complete the data significant to this endeavor. Further, may we therefor request that data parameters
are free of charge.
