being slowly stamped out by the system of

pulsory vaccination. In most Western lands laws
have been passed making it compulsory for the
parents to procure medical aid for the treatment
of infants suffering from opthalmia. In India
we
have not yet reached this point where such
medical aid within the reach of everyone. His
