Sub: Inviting Online application for NIPER Common Admission Test (NCAT)- 2024- Reg
The Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers, Government of India has
entrusted the responsibility of conducting NIPER-Common Admission Test (NCAT) 2024 to NIPER SAS
Nagar. The examination for admission to postgraduate courses will be conducted through Computer
Based Test (CBT) for following degrees in all NIPERs.

-Section A - Analytical skills, aptitude, language proficiency, and Basic Sciences (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) (50%).
Section –A is compulsory for all students.
- Section B: will be based on the course/field chosen, Student have choice(s) in section B and may opt for any
number of choices
- Section A and Section B (department wise) will be calculated for each merit list, four different merit lists shall be
prepared department wise
-Counselling for each department will be separate
-Choice of MBA (twin degree) shall be taken at the time of application and a separate merit list shall be prepared
*M. Pharm/M. Tech-MBA will be conducted as twin degree(2+1year)

Important Instructions
i. Candidates can apply for NCAT - 2024 examination through “Online” mode only from 01.05.2024 to
31.05.2024 (up to 05:00 p.m.) only
ii. The fees (as applicable) can be paid online up to 31.05.2024 (11:30 p.m.) through credit/debit card/net
banking/UPI/Paytm wallet.
iii. The duration of examination will be 3 hours. Only One Application Form is to be submitted by a candidate for
admission. Multiple application forms submitted will not be accepted at any cost.
iv. Candidates are requested to fill in the Application Form very carefully. No corrections will be permitted once
the Application Form is submitted
