GPAT is a National-Level Entrance examination, GPAT full form is the “Graduate Pharmacy
Aptitude Test''. GPAT exam is a National-Level Entrance examination to get admission into the
M.Pharm program. The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is conducted by the National
Test Agency once in a year. GPAT exam scores are accepted by many known
colleges/Institutions/department/ and affiliated colleges in India. These listed colleges are PCI
(Pharmacy Council of India), and AICTE approved.

GPAT 2024 Exam Date and Schedule


GPAT 2024 notification will be announced soon at the official website of NTA- gpat.nta.nic.in

As per the schedule, GPAT notification will be out in the last week of February .Exam dates
may change and candidates can check the bulletin section of NTA for updated information.
GPAT 2024 Exam schedule contains all the important information like registration date, GPAT

GPAT 2024 Eligibility


The National Test Agency (NTA) will release the GPAT exam eligibility criteria to get admission
in the Pharmacy program. It is mandatory to fulfill all these criteria to apply for this exam.
Candidates who do not follow these criteria are not eligible for the registration process and
also the exam authority has the right to reject these forms. Before get into the GPAT 2024
registration process check these important criteria as follows-

There is no age restriction.


Candidates can apply multiple times to give the exam. But only once a year.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy 4 years after 12th including
Lateral entry students or equivalent from a recognized university.
Final-year students of B.Pharma (10+2+4) whose results are not declared can also fill the
GPAT application form.
B.Tech degree candidates (Fine Chemical Technology and Pharmaceutical) equivalent
candidates are not counted as eligible applicants.
The Candidates must be a citizen of India to get admission through the GPAT Exam.

GPAT 2024 Application Form


GPAT Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test evaluates the ability across various segments to get
admission In the master’s Program (M. Pharma). Participating Institutes of India will accept
the GPAT scores. NTA Nation Test agency only conducts the Exam, and has no role in the
counseling process of GPAT. Candidates can fill out the application forms online, Application
form any other mode will not be accepted.

Follow these mentioned steps to fill out the GPAT Exam Application form-

Visit the official website of GPAT - gpat.nta.nic.in


Read the guidelines carefully, Click on the new registration and fill in personal details
such as name, date of birth, parents name, Email address, and Mobile number.
Make sure all the entered information is correct.
Candidates must be sure that their Email address and Mobile number to be registered
in their application form are their own.as relevant information will be sent through the
mail and SMS to the registered number of the applicant.
Create a password carefully.
Enter the captcha code that is visible on the screen and submit the details for the next
step.
GPAT 2024 application form will be visible on the screen after the registration
Fill in the details in the application form and upload the documents (as mentioned in
the form) candidate needs the class 10 and class 12th Mark sheet ,B.Pharma Mark
sheet, Category certificate, Recent Passport size photo, and signature scanned copy to
fill the application form.
Candidates will get the confirmation page of the GPAT Application form after the
Payment is done. Pay the amount of the Application fee online and click on submit.

GPAT 2024 Application Fee


Candidates who are applying for the GPAT exam 2024 can pay the application fee online
through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit card/UPI services. Processing Charges and GST are
chargeable as per the rule. Once the Examination fee is paid it will neither be refunded nor be
carried forward under any circumstances.Check the fees amount below-

GPAT 2024 Exam Pattern


GPAT Exam Pattern consists the following features

Duration of exam- 3 Hours180 Minutes


Mode of Exam- Computer based test (online)
Number of questions-125
Marking scheme – 4 Marks For each correct answer, 1 mark is deducted for any wrong
answer. Unattempted questions are not counted in the final score.
Maximum Marks obtained- 500

GPAT 2024 Syllabus


GPAT 2024 syllabus is designed to test the candidate’s knowledge in the related subject of
B.pharm degree. NTA will publish the syllabus at their official website -gpat.nta.nic.in, after
the GPAT exam notification is out. Candidates are advised to prepare according to the given
syllabus and Exam pattern. GPAT 2024 syllabus includes 19 subjects and sub-topics that are
very important to start the GPAT exam preparation. To get the best score, make your study

GPAT 2024 Admit card


GPAT 2024 admit card will be published online in the month of April 2024. Candidates get to
know about their GPAT exam date, time, exam center name in the admit card. Candidates
shall appear at their own cost to attend the exam.

Candidates have to download the admit card to get entry in the GPAT exam center. To
download the Admit card, open the GPAT official website gpat.nta.nic.in .Fill the registration
number and password (you get at the time of GPAT exam registration process) and download
it before the exam date. GPAT 2024 admit card will not be sent by post. Admit cards will not
be issued for those candidates whose application form is rejected. Along with the hard copy
of admit card, one passport size photograph, Photo ID proof, PWD certificate(If applicable) are
mandatory to carry in the Exam hall.

GPAT 2024 Answer Key


After the GPAT Exam, NTA published the GPAT answer key in PDF format. Candidates can
review their performance, and calculate their estimated score before the GPAT Result . GPAT
2024 Exam will be held in the month of May in CBT format. Candidates who want to challenge
the official answer key can send their objection through the mail of post to the authority with
the payable nonrefundable amount. To download the GPAT answer key log in with the
application number and password at gpat.nta.nic.in.
