PENDAHULUAN
Organizational behaviour (OB).
• Secara ringkas menyajikan teori-teori penting tentang perilaku
organisasi dan konsep pengelolaan di abad kedua puluh satu.
• Tujuan pembelajaran OB adalah
1. Mahasiswa memahami konsep dan teori pada OB
2. Mahasiswa dapat menunjukkan kekuatan teori dan konsep perilaku
organisasi.
3. Mahasiswa dapat membantu orang memahami perilaku mereka
dan perilaku orang lain dalam suatu organisasi.
