PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant intends to make an application to this

Honourable Court on ______________________ at 10.00 as soon thereafter as

counsel can be heard for an order in the following terms:

1. Leave be and is hereby granted to the applicant to serve the application for the

sequestration of the respondent’s estate in one or more of the following ways,

being one publication of the Notice of Motion in the Star newspaper and one

publication of the Notice of Motion in the Northern Review newspaper, by one

publication in the Letaba Heroldt, and by prepaid registered mail of the entire

application to the respondent’s last known address at 124 Main Street,

Mokopane.

2. That the respondent is granted twenty (20) days from date of publication within

which to deliver a Notice to Oppose.

3. Directing such other form of service as the Honourable Court deems fit.

4. That the costs of this application shall be costs in the main application.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the founding affidavit of ABEL ATTORNEY

together with annexures attached thereto will be used in support of

this application.
