Topic : ‟Global Warming″

Global warming is defined as the high increase of the earth’s surface temperature in terms of heat.
Today, this phenomenon has become one of the most challenging issues that the planet faces, and
the only responsibles for that are humans.

Indeed, the nature and our environment are so attacked by human beings. People are more and
more intensifying deforestation for several reasons such as housing and farming without caring
about re-planting, causing partly the sudden cease of rainfalls and the mitigation of seasons. They
also pollute their environment with much chemical products and plastic waste that produce methane
as organic waste decomposes without oxygen, resulting in the increase of heat too. Moreover, the
burning of fossil fuels and insdutries’ smoke release greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and
methane into the atmosphere, contributing to the destruction of the ozone layer which leads to
climate change and global warming.

It is then important for us to be aware of the alarming situation we are going through and think
about finding solutions to heal our planet. We can, for example, think about going green through re-
planting and using renewable energies like wind. In addition to that, decision makers around the
world should keep raising awareness among people through large sensitisation campaigns. All these
actions will help us reduce and even solve the issue of global warming. Everybody should be
concerned with this phenomenon and promote sustainable development for our own sake and that
of generations to come for a better world.
