OCP as a major player in mining and chemicals faces
challenges in managing it’s human ressources effictively

adopts a quantitaive approach using a
questionnaire to gather relevent data on

some OCP staff were found not to use social management control
techniques, which negatively affected their performance.

On the other hand, employees who did use the social management
techniques reported higher satisfaction levels.

Specifically, these techniques led to better communication with


stakeholders, improved reputation, and alignements with societal
expectation, benefiting OCP’s overall performance and social impact.
General conclusion
The study explored the impact of social management control techniques
on the performance of OCP.It focused on understanding how these
techniques affect employees behavior and organizational outcomes.
