本文件适用于湖南群控能源科技有限公司生产的高压锂电池管理系统监控软件
RBMS_Monitor。
This document applies to the high-voltage lithium battery management system RBMS_Monitor

3. 准备工作 Preparation Before Work

Step 1：
关闭电脑上安全卫士类的杀毒软件，关闭电脑自身的防火墙以避免被误拦截，或者在系统提示
是否允许软件访问网络时勾选对应网络并确认。
Close the anti-virus software of the security guard on the computer, close the firewall of the
computer itself to prevent the program from being intercepted by mistake.

Step 2：
将待升级设备开机，用网线连接 RBMS 面板上的 LAN 接口和电脑的网口，LAN 接口位置如
下图红框处所示：
The upgraded equipment will be booted, and the LAN interface on the RBMS panel and the
computer's network interface will be connected by the wire. The LAN interface location is shown in
the red box below:

Step 3：电脑的有线网卡的 IP 地址按下图设置：

4. 软件安装 Software Installation

1、本软件为纯绿色软件。将软件目录直接拷贝到硬盘目录下即可使用。软件目录下文件
如下图所示：
The software is pure green software. You can use the software directory directly to the hard disk
directory. The files in the software directory are as shown below:

2、双击“RBMS_Monitor.exe”以运行软件

Double-click the “RBMS_Monitor.exe” to run software.

5、软件功能操作指南 Software Function Operation Guide

打开软件后，将显示软件的主界面（如下图），用户可以根据需要实时查看当前电池串数，
电池电压，电流，温度，SOC,SOH 等。
After opening the software, the main interface of the software will be displayed (as below),
users can view the current battery string count, battery voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH, etc.
in real time as needed.

5.1 如何启动监控 How To Start

5.1.1 设备连接 PC 模式 Device connect to laptop mode

1）软件运行后，在左边列表选择界面，如下图所示：
Once the software is running, select the interface in the list on the left, as shown in the following
figure:

2）确认本地 IP 为准备工作中设定的有线网卡的 IP，选择方式如下图所示：

Confirm that the Local IP is the same as wired net card IP mentioned in prepare work step.

3）选择好 IP 后，点击查找设备按钮：
After selecting IP, click the Search Devices button:

4）如果设备正常连接，设备 IP 会显示在下面的设备列表。如下图所示：
If the device is connected properly, the device IP will be displayed in the device
list below. As shown in the figure below

5）当有设备连接后，选择设备 IP，点击开始监控按钮，即可以监控和管理该设备数据。当成
功启动监控后，开始监控按钮变为停止监控按钮，再次点击即可停止监控。
When a device is connected, select the device IP and click the Start Monitoring button, that is, you
can monitor and manage the device data. When the monitoring is successfully started, the Start
Monitoring button changes to Stop Monitoring button, click it again to stop monitoring.

6）当有多个设备连接时，列表会出现多个 IP，如果需要对设备进行切换，直接在设备列表中
选择 IP 即可。数据显示区域，只能显示当前 IP 设备数据。
When there are multiple devices connected, the list will appear multiple IPs, if you
need to switch the device, you can select the IP directly in the device list. Data

display area, only the current IP device data can be displayed.

5.1.2 PC 连接设备模式 Laptop connect to device mode

在此模式下，”设备 IP”一栏变为可输入，输入正确的设备 IP 地址后，点击”启动监控”按钮。

如果设备支持此模式，成功建立连接后设备的 IP 将出现在下面的设备列表栏内，同时”启动监
控”按钮变为”停止监控”按钮。
In this mode, the "Device IP" field becomes available for input. After entering the correct IP
address of the device, click the "Start Monitoring" button. If the device supports this mode, the IP
address of the device will appear in the following device list after the connection is successfully
established, and the "Start monitoring" button will change to "Stop monitoring" button.

5.2 BMS数据监控 BMS Data Monitoring

5.2.1 系统运行状态 System running information

点击”Monitor”标签页，软件界面切换如下:

显示系统总电压、正负半簇电流、充放电状态、SOC、SOH、最
高最低单体电压以及对应的模组编号和模组内电芯编号、最高最
低温度以及对应的模组编号和模组内温度编号
系统信息 Displays total system voltage, positive and negative half-cluster
System Information current, charge and discharge status, SOC, SOH, maximum and
minimum individual voltage and corresponding module number and
core number within the module, maximum and minimum temperature
and corresponding module number and temperature number within
the module
选择模组编号来查看各个模组内的电压和温度。
显示的电压个数由软件根据设备内参数自动决定，最多支持显示
24 个电压和 8 个温度。如果温度异常则显示为空
模组信息 Select the module number to view the voltages and temperatures
Module Information within each module.
The number of voltages displayed is determined automatically by the
software based on the parameters in the device, and supports up to 24
voltages and 8 temperatures. If the temperature is abnormal, the
display will be empty.
模组通信状态
根据模组个数来显示，绿色表示通信正常，红色表示通信异常

According to the number of modules to display, green indicates
communication
normal communication, red indicates abnormal communication
status
模组电压状态 绿色表示对应模组内电芯电压正常，红色表示异常
Module voltage Green means the voltage of the cell in the corresponding module is
status normal, red means abnormal
模组温度状态 绿色表示对应模组内温度正常，红色表示异常
Module temperature Green indicates normal temperature in the corresponding module, red
status indicates abnormal

5.2.2 告警保护信息显示 Alarm Protection Information Display

告警状态分三级，告警状态，一级保护，二级保护。
如果告警状态，对应的状态显示为黄色。
如果一级保护或二级保护。对应的状态为红色。

protection.
If the alarm status is displayed, the corresponding status is displayed in yellow.
If primary protection or secondary protection. The corresponding status is red.
如下图所示：As shown below:

表示单体过压提示 Indicates a single overpressure prompt

告警，保护会提示！Alarm, protection will prompt!

5.2.3 其它自检状态 Other selfcheck status

其他自检状态，如下图所示

5.2.4 断路器/接触器状态 Breaker/Contactor Status

2）断路器开关状态，如下图所示

MCB 仅在断路器/接触器带有辅助触点的情况下才会显示。
正极充电接触器 无中线设备不会显示负极充电接触器状态
Positive Charge Contactor 状态有三种：
放电接触器 闭合
Discharge Contactor 断开
故障
Depending on the device configuration, different displays may be
available.
Only displayed if the circuit breaker/contactor has an auxiliary
contact.
负极充电接触器 Devices without centerline will not display negative charging
Negative Charge Contactor contactor status
There are three states:

5.3 设备参数查询和设置Parameters query and setting

点击参数设置按钮，软件界面切换如下:

注: 软件将对参数进行有效性判断，错误的参数在点击设置按钮时软件将提示非法，非法
的参数背景颜色将变为红色。默认设置参数密码为 2000
Note: The software will judge the validity of the parameters, and the wrong parameters will be
prompted by the software as illegal when clicking the set button, and the background color of the
illegal parameters will change to red. The default setting parameter password is 2000

5.4 离线记录查看View Off-line Records

点击”Off-line Records”标签,软件界面切换如下：
Click on the "Off-line Records" tab, and the software interface will switch as follows:

8 导出当前查询出来的记录

9 清空所有记录，不可恢复

5.5 实时记录查看View Real-Time Records

点击实时记录按钮，软件切换界面如下:
Click the”Real-time Records” button and the software interface switches as follows.

每接收到一条记录，则当前界面会自动添加一条到最下方，菜单功能参考5.4离线记录查看

5.6 通信日志Communication Log

点击通信日志按钮，软件切换界面如下:

5.7 软件参数设置Software parameter setting

点击软件参数按钮，切换到软件参数页面，如下图所示：
