Subject: Student Dispute in BIET

Respected Sir,
This report has been submitted in response to ref; su-BIET-02-24. The data collection has been
done through semi structured interviews with the students and teachers.

Findings
The given findings have been analyzed through the information provided by the teachers and
students.
 Bilal is a nonserious student.
 Usually very talkative and mischievous in the classroom
 Hammad is responsive but irritating.
 Never found indulge in aggressive behaviour.

Conclusion
Through the findings we came to this conclusion that Hammad was provoked by Bilal. However,
his aggressive behaviour was inappropriate.
Recommendations
On the basis of conclusion and findings some recommendation can be given.
 Strict rules must be defined for class discipline.
 Students must be fined in the presence of parents/guardians to avoid any such incident in
future,
 In case of no fine submission students should be suspended for future lesson.
