CCCM stands as a private partnership, owned and operated as a professional training

organization dedicated to APC candidates aspiring to elevate themselves to the next
echelon of their careers, having accumulated substantial experience in the
construction industry spanning three to four decades. Our invaluable courses,
accessible on an international scale, empower professionals worldwide to prepare
comprehensively for the Assessment for Professional Competence (APC). This
examination is pivotal for obtaining globally recognized qualifications, including
memberships in esteemed institutions such as the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors (MRICS), Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators (MCIArb), Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI), and

Manoj Herath FRICS FAIQS (Board Advisor)

Manoj Herath is a highly accomplished chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive
experience in practice within the Middle East and Australia. Possessing esteemed
fellowship qualifications from globally recognized institutes such as RISC and
AIQS, he consistently provides invaluable advice and guidance to CCCM. We deeply
appreciate his continuous contributions, and we take great pride in having him hold
esteemed positions within our organization.

Mohan Mangala MRICS (Sr.Board Member)

Bhagya Weerasena MCIArb, MRICS, MSCSI, MCIOB, MAIQS, CQS, PQS (Board Member)

Bhagya Weerasena, a qualified chartered quantity surveyor, is actively involved in

commercial resolution with a specialization in International Commercial
Arbitration. He consistently serves as a party-appointed or sole arbitrator,
participating in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules and in ad
hoc settings.
In addition to his arbitration work, Bhagya devotes time to contributing to the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He regularly assesses candidates
for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and assessments in the Quantity
Surveying pathway.
