Job Descriptions are the pre-defined instructions which tells you what the job is and what it is
called. For example: Lifeboat Motor Weekly Check.
Information are classified as Global Shared and are available in MSC Head Office/Global
Register

2. Switch to GLOBAL REGISTER department

Refer to Appendix A,B and C to classify new Job Description

9. Click on Options > Details…
Insert job instructions and all details useful to crew members to perform maintenance.
