or the icon from primary toolbar
4. To get specific Job Description, use the filter to lookup the item into database.
To obtain the list of all Job Descriptions, don’t use lookup buttons leaving all fields blank.

Note! All Work Orders or Component Jobs related to edited Job Description will be affected
by the editing.
Press OK to save.

From Job Descriptions window, click new button in the primary toolbar.

Define Code, Title and Job Class and click save button

2.1 Appendix A
Job Description CODE is an alphanumeric field composed by a letter and a progressive number.
First code’s letter explains the purpose of the job, according with below table:

2.2 Appendix B
Job Description TITLE shows the purpose of the Maintenance Job. As per company standard,
first four characters of the title, indicate the Component Class of the equipment, than there is a
brief description of the activity, at the end of the field, the frequency of the task.

Job Description CLASS shows the groups that various jobs in the Job Description register can be
sorted into.
