Research Methodology

This chapter presents the operational framework of the study. It includes the following:
research design, respondent of the study, sample and sampling technique, instrument of the
study and statistical treatment.

Research Design

Descriptive-Quantitative design method of research will be used in this study. The

descriptive-quantitative is defined as gathering data that describes the events and then
organize and describes the data collection.
The whole purpose of using descriptive research is to figure out how independent variable
influence dependent variables. This method provides essential knowledge about the
concepts used in the study as well as their relationship with each other. Hence, this research
type is deemed to be the most appropriate for the perceived since this involved assessment
of the given condition.

Sample and Sampling Techniques

In this research, procedure may be used in order to economize time, money and
efforts, and arrive just the same, at the most reliable findings desired by the researchers.
Simple random sampling and slovin’s formula will be used in this research since the
researcher aims to use the most cost-effective and time-effective sampling methods
available. Using Slovin’s formula to determine the acceptable number of person that can be
used in the study. All students from said year level will be used since 100% of them will be
included for the selection using fish bowl methods.
