• Pre-arranged meetings: The meetings will be pre scheduled via the secured web scheduler, where you review
detailed profiles of all buyers and the organizations they represent allowing you to make educated meeting
selections
• Restricted competition: Obtain exclusive access to the senior delegation and present your services and products in a
controlled environment where provider participation is strictly limited per product/service category
• Formal and informal networking: Take advantage of extensive networking opportunities built into the summit agenda,
including luncheons, cocktail receptions, gala dinners and entertainment activities, all conducted in a professional setting
that allows for focused business interactions and helps partners capitalize on all networking opportunities.
• Follow up Strategy : A directory of delegates attending the forum, including comprehensive contact information,
professional profiles, business priorities and purchasing needs. The account manager works with the partners post the forum
to ensure all the follow up meetings and calls with potential clients are set up.
